Complete your application and select the desired payment option. We process applications on an ongoing basis, and if your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice for payment.
If we have any questions regarding your application, we will contact you from phone number 076-046 67 88 or via e-mail from info@kmgstockholm.se or stockholm@kravmaga.se.

Terms & Conditions – Stockholms Krav Maga Klubb
1. Trial & Right of Withdrawal
We offer trial sessions for 200 SEK each. If you decide to continue, the amount is deducted from your membership fee.
We strongly recommend trial training before purchasing a membership. As a non-profit sports club, we cannot offer full refunds after the term has started.
If you register online and have not yet participated in any training, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies under Swedish consumer law.
2. Personal Identity Number & Insurance
All members must provide a correct Swedish personal number (personnummer) so we can register your insurance through the federation. Incorrect numbers will result in no insurance coverage.
3. Equipment & Clothing
The following protective gear is mandatory for all members:
– Groin protection (for both men and women)
– Shin guards
– Mouth guard
– Grappling gloves (sparring type)
– KMG shirt and pants
Club-branded clothing is allowed for regular training but not for international events or grading exams.
4. Refunds & Freezing Membership
No refunds will be issued once the term has started. If you suffer an injury or illness preventing you from training, you may freeze your membership and transfer the remaining value to the next term, provided a medical certificate is presented.
No refunds are given if a member is suspended due to violating rules or values.
5. Background Checks & Club Values
All members aged 15 and older may be asked to present a criminal record check at any time. Refusal or disclosure of criminal convictions under Swedish law will result in immediate suspension without refund.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate membership for individuals affiliated with extremist, violent, or criminal organizations, as such affiliations go against our values.
6. Hygiene, Conduct & Responsibility
Good hygiene is mandatory. Nails and training clothes must be clean.
Leave your ego at the door – we train to improve, not to harm.
For minors, guardians are responsible for ensuring correct gear and clothing. We are not liable for injuries due to missing protection or inappropriate clothing.
7. Photos & Video
Training sessions may occasionally be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. No names or personal data will be published.
You may opt out at any time by notifying us.
8. Registration of Minors
Children and youth must be registered under their own name and personal ID number. Guardian name, phone number, and email must be provided at registration.
